Refund policy

We are confident you will enjoy your products from Melogy Cosmetics as much as we do. However if for any reason you change your mind and would like to make a return, we are happy to accommodate you and issue a full refund.

Returns can be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Simply request a return number by contacting us via help@melogycosmetics.com referencing your order number and the reason for the return. Once you receive your return number, please post the item to;

Take care to package your item appropriately to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Once we receive and review your return we will issue a refund within 7 working days.

In order to get a full refund the following Terms and Conditions apply;

• Your product must be returned unused in its original undamaged packaging with all associated documentation in resalable condition
• All returns must be accompanied by your receipt for proof of purchase
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Used products will not be accepted
• Unfortunately, returns on gift vouchers are not accepted
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
